9 Things That Turn Buyers Off

Every buyer has their own views on how a property should and shouldn’t be presented for sale. Knowing and avoiding the common ones when you decide to sell should be a huge advantage.

Clingy Sellers 

It can be hard to let go of a home especially when it is linked to many memories however once you have decided to sell you need to commit to the process fully.

Make sure you give your agent room to do their job and potential buyers the space to fall in love with your home. Lingering around at the open inspections will only hinder your chances of selling.

At the end of the day selling a property is a business transaction so you need to stay as objective as possible.
